1.Consultation Fees

Our initial consultation fees are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise of our consultants in assessing your eligibility and providing personalized advice.

2.Service Fees

Before Service Commencement: If you decide to cancel our services before we have begun working on your application, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 75% of the service fees paid. This deduction accounts for administrative expenses incurred during the initial setup.

After Service Commencement: Once we have started working on your application, refunds will not be issued. This policy is in place because resources and time have already been allocated to your case.

3.Government and Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to government agencies, assessment bodies, or third-party service providers on your behalf are non-refundable. These include, but are not limited to, application fees, assessment fees, and language testing fees.

4.Client Responsibilities

It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information and to submit all required documents promptly. Failure to do so may result in delays or refusals by immigration authorities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

5.Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional circumstances, such as significant changes in immigration laws or unforeseen personal hardships, we may consider partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Such decisions are at the sole discretion of Canada Migration Service.

6.Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact us in writing at info@canadamigrationservice.com within 30 days of the event that gives rise to the refund request. Include your full name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 15 business days.

7.Chargebacks

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any client who initiates a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue will be permanently blacklisted and barred from using our services.
